Quality Control
For coupler quality, our QC department follows below steps:
Step 1, pipe inspection
Including size, tensile strength, elogation, hardness inspection, only quality pipes can be sent to production workshop.
Our round bar is bought from leading steel bar manufacturer in China, which make the quality is promised, also our pipe supplier is professional, we cooperated for long time.
Step 2, coupler thread inspection
After coupler threading, our worker will inspect coupler inner thread by go-no-go gauge in required percentage, if find coupler thread can not pass test, our worker will change tap , adjust coupler threading machine, restart producing and inspect new produced coupler.
Step 3, coupler inspection in warehouse
When coupler reach warehouse, QC department will inpsect coupler in required percentage.
Step 4, coupler tensile strength test
This will be done as required by client.
