Upset coupler belongs to our upset forging parallel threading system, which includes upset forging machine, rebar threading machine and upset coupler, when we use this system for rebar splice, first we use upset forging machien to forge bar end, later use rebar threading machine to make thread on forged bar end, at last we use upset coupler to connect two threaded bars. This system can make the whole splice with higher strength (min 10%) than rebar.
But this system is not suit the rebar which is crisp, with low percentage elongation, because for that kind of rebar, when we use upset forging machine to forge bar end, there is high probability that bar end cracks.

We accept customized, coupler with logo and plastic cover.
